We are committed to providing employers with comprehensive human resource services. We have established a living management center in the Hwa-Ya Technology Park, ensuring our migrant workers have access to essential needs, including food, clothing, housing, transportation, and recreational activities. Our goal is to help them adapt smoothly to life in Taiwan with peace of mind.
Our dormitories are designed in compliance with the Ministry of Labor’s " Foreign Worker Living Care Service Plan " to ensure a safe and standard-compliant living environment. Additionally, we align our planning and execution with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct to meet corporate needs and help businesses effectively manage their migrant workforce.
Anjen rejects illegal tin-plate housing, ensuring migrant workers have a 100% safe environment to live in after their hard work.
Under a single-dormitory system, regardless of the number of occupants, each dormitory is managed exclusively by Anjen’s dormitory management team to prevent unnecessary issues.
Dormitory supervisors regularly inspect electrical safety, and professional technicians conduct routine checks on wiring. No natural gas or LPG is used to ensure a safe living environment.
Air conditioners and water dispensers are regularly serviced, water quality is tested monthly, water tanks are periodically cleaned, and septic tanks are regularly emptied.
Fire safety equipment is inspected and reported regularly according to regulations. Any expired or damaged equipment is replaced immediately.
Dormitory supervisors routinely inspect the dormitory environment and equipment usage, detecting issues early to prevent the need for later repairs.
Taiwan’s climate promotes insect breeding, so in addition to regular cleaning, a professional disinfection company conducts periodic disinfections to minimize the risk of disease.
Each person is issued an access card. There are no restrictions on entry or exit times; the system only records migrant workers’ entry and exit logs.
Recreational facilities and group classes are provided, along with various performances and festival celebrations.
Dedicated vehicles are available to provide timely medical assistance and airport transfers for migrant workers.
Regular updates on laws and regulations are provided and posted on bulletin boards.
Public liability insurance is regularly purchased, adding an extra layer of security for migrant workers' accommodation.
